Aida Lim
Chief Executive Officer
Aida Lim is a digital specialist, business strategist, consultant, marketer and certified project management professional with over 20 years of experience of creating economic values through technology across many industries including policy and governance, e-commerce, real estate and construction, tourism, and hospitality.
She has served as a member of the management team and head of department with public-listed corporations, government-linked companies, online business and startups. Throughout her two decade-long career, she worked almost exclusively within the digital strategy and transformation domain, and in that time, have provided strategic thought-leadership, developed customer-centric solutions and integrated best practices to modernise organisational frameworks.
Ramesh Kana
Executive Director
Ramesh brings over 30 years of diverse, international experience across oil & gas, chemicals, investment banking, private equity, and accounting.
He is a founder and Managing Director of Insha Holdings Berhad, a respected Shariah compliant, ESG conscious public company focused on building a portfolio of high yielding and high value growth investments. Their portfolio companies currently include Insha Capital, Insha Health, Insha Technologies, and Insha CarbonEx.
Ramesh is also Chairperson and a Trustee of the United Nations Global Compact Network Malaysia & Brunei Trust – custodians of the Sustainable Development Goals agenda within the corporate sector.
His deep commercial and finance experience internationally, coupled with his understanding of both Shariah principles and the sustainability agenda led to his appointment to the Advisory Board of the United Kingdom based Global Islamic Impact Investment Forum (“GIIIF”). The GIIIF is the only international network dedicated to driving investment from Muslim majority markets towards the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Ramesh also sits on the Board of Directors of Aditi Trustees Limited, a Labuan based trust and fiduciary company.
Until 2019, Ramesh was Group Chief Executive Officer of Emery Oleochemicals Group, a multinational natural chemicals company. He spent 10 years with the group having joined them as their Group Chief Financial Officer in 2009. Prior to that he was an Investment Banker with a Sydney based corporate finance and advisory firm. He focused on deals in the mining, medical and renewable energy sectors. He concurrently served as Chairman of an Australian Stock Exchange listed mining services company and was a founding Director of AAP Carbon Limited, a bespoke Johannesburg-based carbon emissions reduction project developer that specializes in utilizing waste gas from ferro-chrome smelting for power generation.
Ramesh spent most of his career with the Royal Dutch Shell Group internationally. Holding key senior positions in Australia, China, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic and Malaysia, his achievements included leading a global Mergers & Acquisitions team for the Liquified Petroleum Gas business globally out of the United Kingdom, providing finance and strategy leadership in China, Taiwan & Korea and providing leadership in Finance and IT across the Caribbean & Central America.
Ramesh is an Australian currently residing in Malaysia. He is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountant. He also holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Enterprise & Innovation, both from Swinburne University of Technology (Australia).

Known as a radical thinker and a straight talker Farouk is obsessed with bringing real change to organisations and emphasizing on exponential growth. He has worked with organisations in multiple industries implementing enterprise-wide digital transformation projects, held an advisory role to C-Suites and established effective digital teams that deliver real change to organisations.
Farouk’s passion for digital, data and analytics has driven his belief that data and analytics must be used for the good of the society. He has spoken on numerous platforms globally to underline the importance of digital, data and analytics education for our next generation.
