Covering a wide-range of prevalent topics such as ESG awareness and strategy, sustainability reporting, business action based on UN Sustainability Development Goals (SDG) etc., the trainings can be delivered either in a classroom or online environment.

All the training courses are registered with the Malaysian Human Resource Development Corporation and HRDF claimable.

This course aims to provide participants with knowledge and understanding on:

Business Action on UN SDGs

(2 - Day Training)

This course aims to provide participants with knowledge and understanding on:

  • The concept of sustainability, SDGs and initiatives such as ISO 26000, UN Global Compact etc.

  • The negative/positive impacts of your organization’s activities on the economy, environment and society (EES impacts) as well as the resulting risks and opportunities

  • Identifying and prioritizing relevant SDGs and Targets

  • Setting your goals and targets aligned with the SDGs

  • Monitoring and communicating the progress of goals and targets

This course aims to provide delegates with knowledge and understanding on:

  • The concept of sustainability and its value

  • The key elements in sustainability reporting

  • Bursa’s amended listing requirement relating to sustainability disclosures

  • Sustainability related principles applicable to business strategy and steps to institutionalisation

The programme aims to provide delegates with learning how to:

  • Basic concepts related to GHG emissions;

  • Understanding of GHG Accounting & Reporting Principles;

  • Main methodologies and tools (ISO14064, GHG Protocol, IPCC);

  • Definition of organisational and operational boundaries;

  • Definition of scopes 1, 2, and 3;

  • Identification of emission sources;

  • Identification of reduction opportunities (e.g. carbon credits);

3-Day Training

This course aims to provide delegates with knowledge and understanding on:

  • The current climate of international and local business is requiring companies to be more transparent and to consider the full impact of their policies and activities.

  • Knowledge of the GRI Standards and reporting to facilitate their use within your organization.

  • How to implement GRI Standards which aims to improve the quality of disclosure and reporting.
